This is a private villa in a row of only 3 houses in a quiet area of Calahonda. The driveway is large enough of 4 or 5 cars. As your enter the villa through the hallway into the large lounge. With a view of the well maintained gardens and your own swimming pool.
The seperate dining room has large table and chairs leading to a enclosed veranda with dining and sitting area where you can relax. A good size well eqiupped miele and amana kitchen. Also has seperate utility room with miele washer and dryer.
The 1st bedroom is downstairs with a double bed, fitted wardrobes, patio doors to the garden and ensuite bathroom next door. Upstairs to the master bedroom that has a good size dressing area with sofa and large ensuite bathroom with walk in shower, fitted wardrobes, a king size bed and patio doors with shutters to shade the light, There is a balcony that is the length of the villa which has a newly refitted tiled safety wall and flower bed.From here you have good sea views and relax and enjoy the view. The 3rd bedroom has it own bathroom and fully fitted wardobes a double bed and also patio doors to terrace with shutters to dim the light.
The 4th bedroom is very light with single beds and good views ideal for children.

The outside space is a good size and three different areas with table and chairs where can sit with your choice of being in the sun or shade, part of the garden is terrace and part of its grass. This property has gardener who comes reguarly and looks after the swimming and gardens.
You have your own sun beds to relax by the pool or just a shower to cool off with the outside shower.

This villa has marble floors throughout and is very well furnished. There is sky TV with English and German channels.There is a safe, intercom system and hot and cold airconditiong.
Below the property there is a spacious garage.

The villa is about 35minutes from Malaga Airport and 20minutes from Marbella.Shops, bars and all amenties are about a 20minute walk. If you have a your own car you can drive only a few minutes to various beachs including the lovely port of Cabopino where you can relax in one of the nice restaraunts and enjoy the sights of boats or do some watersports on the beach.
If you play golf there a about 10 courses with in a 10minute drive from the villa.
