This 3rd floor 2 bed 2 bath apartment has underground parking and a glass lift to all floors where you can see great views of the golf course. Going into the property you have a good size well equipped kitchen on your right, through to lounge/diner then out on the terrace where there is a great view of the complex and the sea. There is sky and Spanish TV and marble floors throughout, the master bedroom has a double bed, fitted wardrobes and ensuite bathroom.
The second bedroom has two single beds and fitted wardrobes. There is also a separate shower room.
Miraflores driving range is a 10minute walk away and all other amenties are a 5minute drive.
