Description:	This is a very nicely furnished 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom, ground floor apartment. There is a seperate fully fitted kitchen which includes a washing mashine and a dish washer. The en-suite master bedroom has a double bed, wardrobes and two windows allowing sea views. The second bedroom has 2 single beds and wardrobes, plus a door leading to the outside terrace. Bedroom three also has two single beds and wardrobes. There is also a good sized full bathroom. The lounge/diner has a dining table and chairs, two settees, Sky T.V, airconditioning throughout and patio doors leading to a private terrace with large barbecue, patio furniture and a gate that leads to the community gardens. Refugio is a gated community providing a tranquil and safe environment for all the family. The gardens are very well looked after and there is a toddlers pool and good-sized swimming pool with complimentary sunbeds for your use during your stay. The Aztec country club is only a couple of minutes walk away, where you can play tennis, crazy golf, swim in the heated pool, visit the health-spa, hairdressers, bars and restaurants and much more! Within a 10 minute walk from the complex you will find a good selection of Bars, Restaurants, Shops and Supermarkets, the beach, a taxi-rank and a reliable bus service ready to take you into the popular and bustling towns of Fuengirola & Marbella. The Miraflores driving range and golf course is only a two minute drive away (or a ten minute walk) where you can play golf or enjoy the bar/restaurant with excellent views over the golf course.
