The house is on three floors, sleeps 6 with three double bedrooms (2 double beds and 2 singles) and two bathrooms (one en-suite, and one family). The top floor is a solarium for private sunbathing. There is a large lounge with dining area (seating 6) with an open plan and separate kitchen.

Outside there is a large terrace area with table and chairs. From the terrace there is direct access to the pool area through well established gardens. There is an allocated parking space outside of the house and the house is approached through security gates into the private community area.

There are a wide selection of restaurants and shops throughout the area and the Miraflores Country Club has bowls, tennis and many other facilities open to the public. Only a few minutes walk away to Miraflores Golf Club and driving range where there is aslo a bar and restaurant.
